Hey there,

My name is Alyssandra but most people call me Alyssa and I am a photographer based in Ottawa, On. A lover of exploring this beautiful world, adventuring through the outdoors, drinking endless amounts of caffeine, laying on the grass under the stars and hoarding plants (even though I have the tendency of killing them, woops?).

I’ve been a portrait + wedding photographer for 5 years and I’ve been extremely lucky to create ever lasting friendships. This as a job forever? Pretty freakin’ rad if you ask me.

I want to capture the big + little moments. The ones where you are both laughing your butts off crying, the one where your hair is slapping you across the face, the moment your father walks you down the aisle, when you say I do and all the tears that straw from the love the two of you have built, together. This is about YOU, your legacy. And I am here to take every special moment that you want to take + keep forever in your heart. I want you to be able to look back at these memories while showing your kids and remembering every moment. To feel those goosebumps all over you like you did when you finally put your dress on for the first time, or that smile beaming across your face seeing the love of your life walking down the aisle. But most importantly, I want you to feel all the emotions you felt on that day — the butterflies in your stomach, the tears falling down your face, and your heart beating with excitement. I want to be more than just your photographer, I want to be your friend. I want to be there for every little + big moment. I am here to tell YOUR story in the most real + intimate way as possible.
